Financial Planning Process

Financial Planning Process
We follow a clear, time-proven process to ensure we fully understand your situation, your financial goals and how we will best be able to help you achieve your goals. This involves 6 key steps:
Step 1
Understanding your advice needs
Our initial meeting will focus on developing a clear understanding of what advice you are seeking as well as understanding what services we offer that can help you meet your advice needs.
Step 1
Step 2
Advice Engagement
After our initial meeting we will summarise our discussions and provide a proposal outlining the scope of work and the cost. At this stage you can decide whether you wish to engage our services or continue to manage your affairs on your own or with your current adviser.
Step 2
Step 3
Preparing your Advice
If you wish to proceed, we begin the by preparing an advice document (called a Statement of Advice) that summarises our recommended strategies to help you achieve your goals.
Step 3
Step 4
Presenting your Advice
We will meet with you to present your Statement of Advice and go through our recommendations. We will spend time ensuring you understand the strategies we have recommended, answering any questions you may have so that you are comfortable that the advice meets your needs.
Step 4
Step 5
Implementing your Advice
Once you are comfortable with the advice and are happy to proceed, we will work with you in implementing each recommendation – guiding you each step of the way.
Step 5
Step 6
Ongoing Review
Once the advice has been implemented, we will regularly monitor the progress of your strategies in achieving your goals. We will offer to meet with you on a regular basis to make sure you remain on track.
Step 6
